On 27 Feb 09 Altus AFB hosted Oklahoma Supreme Court Justice Tom Colbert. Justice Colbert, the first African American judge on the Oklahoma Supreme Court, spoke at the African American History month luncheon. After the luncheon he visited the legal office and spoke with members of the legal office staff in the courtroom.
