Former Air Force General Counsel Visits JAG School
16-18 April 09 -- Mr. Stuart Reichart, former Air Force General Counsel, visited the JAG School to conduct an oral history interview. Before his service in the Office of the General Counsel, Mr. Reichart flew 41 combat missions as a B-29 bombardier during World War II, and he served as an Air Force judge advocate until his retirement from active duty in 1971. Mr. Reichart developed the first procurement law training for judge advocates while serving at Kelly Field from 1955 to 1958.
