Chief Master Sergeant Steven L. Wallace is the Senior Paralegal Manager to The Judge Advocate General. In this position, he serves as the senior advisor to The Judge Advocate General on enlisted matters and as the Career Field Manager for paralegals in The Judge Advocate General's Corps worldwide. He exercises management responsibility and establishes policy and training requirements for over 900 active duty and over 400 Air Reserve Component paralegals in Air Force legal offices worldwide. Chief Wallace also serves as a member of the Corps' Strategic Planning Committee and the Judge Advocate General School Advisory Board. He was selected to be the fourteenth Senior Paralegal Manager to TJAG in 2012.
Originally a Guidance and Control Systems Technician, Chief Wallace spent his first 11 years in the Air Force as an aircraft maintainer working on F-4E, KC-135A/R, B52G/H, KC-10, and T-38 aircraft. He retrained into the paralegal career field in November, 1996.
