Chief Master Sergeant Tolliver is the Senior Paralegal Manager to The Judge Advocate General and the Career Field Manager. In this position, he serves as the senior advisor to The Judge Advocate General on all enlisted matters and as the Career Field Manager for paralegals within The Judge Advocate General's Corps worldwide. He exercises management responsibility and establishes policy and training requirements for more than 1,300 Air Force active duty and Air Reserve Component paralegals. Chief Tolliver also serves as a member of the Corps' Strategic Planning Committee and the Judge Advocate General School Advisory Board. He was selected to be the fifteenth Senior Paralegal Manager to TJAG in 2014.

CMSgt Tolliver is a native of Detroit, Michigan and entered the USAF in February 1987. His first 10 years were spent as an Air Traffic Control Radar Maintenance technician working on various fixed and mobile Airport Surveillance Radar, Precision Approach Radar and Meteorological Radar Systems. CMSgt Tolliver retrained into the paralegal career field in November, 1996. He has held leadership positions at the Wing, NAF and MAJCOM levels. He has also served as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to a 1-Star Commander, during his most recent deployment. His assignments include Pease AFB, NH, WPAFB, OH, Robins AFB, GA, Hanscom AFB, MA, Osan AB, Hanscom (2nd tour), Maxwell AFB, Kettering, OH, Davis-Monthan, AZ, and Barksdale AFB, LA. CMSgt Tolliver is married to the former LaShari M. Jackson, New Hampshire. They have five children, Darnell (24), Larry Jr. (23), Danielle (18), Ulanda (14) and Aliyah (10).
